Sol Sarwar is making his Tower Theatre debut as Prab. A classically trained actor, he began his journey by being chosen at the National Youth Theatre at the age of 13 and has since trained at institutions such as RADA and The Unseen Drama School. Born in Hammersmith and raised in Bethnal Green, Sol draws inspiration from the rich cultural landscapes of both areas. His work spans both stage and screen, with a particular focus on contemporary storytelling. Passionate about bringing depth and authenticity to his roles, he is excited to join the Tower Theatre community and looks forward to future collaborations.

This is Amirah Mannan's Tower debut. Amirah joined as a member in March 2024. Her previous acting credits include We Need to Talk About Devin which was performed as part of the Cellar Door Theatre Company’s January 2022 showcase. After taking a long break from acting, to focus on university and her career in the museums sector, Amirah is excited to be back on stage and hopes to be involved in more shows in the future.

Vaishnavi CG is an Indian born and raised actress, singer and classical dancer-in-training. This is her second play with the Tower Theatre after she debuted in A Doll’s House. Her previous acting credits include A Midsummer Night's Dream, a Spanish play Bodas de Sangre and a few regional productions in India. She is passionate about plays that explore themes of identity, love and belonging, social issues particularly relating to the female experience and that are centred around a strong female character. When she is not working her day job in Finance, she enjoys reading, watching and reviewing theatre shows.

This is Salim Sharif’s debut performance in the UK, marking his first time acting on a London stage. Born and raised in Muscat, Oman, Salim discovered his love for theatre early, performing in local productions that showcased his natural talent and passion for storytelling. Later, in Mumbai, he immersed himself in the city’s vibrant theatre scene, honing his craft at the prestigious Barry John Acting Studio and taking on roles that challenged and inspired him. In 2021, he moved to London, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to his art. In Chasing Hares, Salim is thrilled to take on the complex role of Devesh and to collaborate with the Tower Theatre’s talented team for the first time.

Sadiyah Ahmed is excited to make her Tower Theatre debut. Last year, she played Pippa in The Spider’s Web. Passionate about making drama accessible, she founded an adult drama club offering drop-in workshops focused on creative expression without the pressure of performance. She has previously been a local radio presenter and ran a student society hosting English conversation classes for refugees. With a degree in History and Politics, she now works as a policy advisor in the Civil Service, balancing her passion for social change with creativity. She is especially excited to be part of a play about the South Asian experience which also explores themes of exploitation and intergenerational trauma in the community.

Krishmeela Rittoo is making her directorial debut in Chasing Hares, after having assistant-directed A Doll's House and Measure for Measure at the Tower. She joined as a company member in 2023 after having taken a long break from theatre and is currently training as a solicitor, working with migrants at risk of homelessness. She is interested in telling South Asian stories which entertain as well as possibly inspire and educate. Krishmeela is very happy to have found a community in the Tower Theatre and hopes to direct more productions across a range of genres.
