Harry Apps is an actor and singer, originating from Wiltshire. He played Marius in the UK & Ireland Tour, the West End Concert and West End Staged Production of Les Miserables, Tobias in Sweeney Todd at West Green House Opera and recently performed in Sondheim’s Old Friends at the Gielgud Theatre. This is his first show with the Tower Theatre, and he would like to thank the whole team for the opportunity to play this brilliant role.
Micky Gibbons lives in North-East London with his husband Simon and a family of semi-tame foxes who live in their back garden. He works in public health. He has previously acted at the Tower in The Real Inspector Hound and A Doll's House. Following a series of Edinburgh Festival shows as writer and performer, he is currently working on a podcast series with the comedy collective Forced Rhubarb, and can also be heard on several episodes of It Just So Happened: An Alternative History Podcast.
Meher Baluch is a British Baluch actress who trained at the Identity School of Acting and Collective Acting Studio. In the day she works for a women's domestic violence shelter and this is her first time appearing on stage. She has previously appeared in short films and read for Actors for Human Rights. She's excited to perform Cock and thanks the whole team for this unforgettable experience.
Dave Wainwright first appeared on stage in a National Youth Theatre production of Henry IV Part 2 in 1971, at the Shaw Theatre in London. In the 1980s he trained in physical theatre/mime with Desmond Jones and in circus skills at the London Circus School, worked as a story-teller in schools, and was a member of the improv group TheatreSports. Over the last 15 years has sung in a variety of choirs (bass). After a very lengthy break from the stage he returned in 2022, and has since performed in Under Milk Wood (at the Tower Theatre), Myster, Midas and Whodunit Unrehearsed 3 (all at the Park Theatre) and Richard III at the Bridewell Theatre. He will be appearing in this year's panto at the Mildmay Club in December.
This is Nick Edwards‘ first show as a director for the Tower. He’s acted in ten productions, having roles in Under the Blue Sky, The Vortex, The Deep Blue Sea, Time and the Conways, Mother’s Day, Clybourne Park, Sweat, London Wall and most recently Consent. He has acted and directed on the London stage with various theatre groups, most notably KDC and SEDOS. When not acting, Nick is an assistant principal at a Surrey school.
