Debuting at the Tower Theatre in 2020 in Lofty Ambitions, Bianca ‘BeEbop’ Curaçao co-curated Tower Theatre Black History Month Podcasts and the Tower Theatre Takeover programmes with Landé Belo. She appeared in Virtual Tower productions as part of Harlem Renaissance, including The Chip Woman’s Fortune and Poker. She also appeared in the rehearsed reading of Maryland. |
Matthew Vickers has been involved with the Tower Theatre since Popcorn in 2003. More recently he has appeared in Coyote On A Fence, Clybourne Park, Arcadia, Table and Sweat. He is very much looking forward to getting back on the Tower stage as Dave in PMQ. |

Simon Taylor was last seen at the Tower in A Passage to India, his fifth Tower performance following Daker in Accolade, Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Leonato in Much Ado About Nothing and Pickering in Pygmalion. Other recent roles, for Questors Theatre : Escalus in Measure for Measure, Furtwangler in Taking Sides, Krapp in Krapp's Last Tape, Mr Stevens in King Charles III and Goldstein in 1984. His film work includes parts in Dr Faustus (Burton & Taylor), Doctor in Restoration, Polonius in Hamlet and award-winning shorts, Souvenir and Horse Play (Cannes Festival 2019). Past theatre highlights : Hamlet (Oxford Playhouse), King Lear (Oxford Fire Station Theatre), among other Shakespearean roles, including Coriolanus and Benedick. Simon has also directed nearly 100 shows, including for his own Minack Theatre company. |
PMQ is George Savona's first production for the Tower. He trained and directed professionally, courtesy of the (then) ABC Television repertory theatre directors' scheme, and has subsequently taught in university theatre studies departments while continuing to direct with community and student groups. Recent productions include a Beckett double-bill (Krapp's Last Tape and Rockaby) and King Charles III. He is currently involved in the development of a new work about Charlotte Brontë. |
